The Girl in the Coffee Shop - by Madison Photographer Terry Talbot

It was her eyes that first caught my attention. I was sitting in a coffee shop downtown when I saw her. I looked up from my coffee cup to see this amazing looking young woman, Chelsea. I told her I was a pro shooter, showed her my business card and asked her what she'd think about posing for some quick shots for me. We could step right outside the back door and find some interesting backgrounds.
I was surprised to hear that she had no modeling experience. She's a natural.

The alley with the dark gray industrial refuse bin made an excellent background for Chelsea. Sort of industrial punk. Did just a few quick shots there. I can shoot hand held at a 1/15th shutter speed zoomed out and still get a nice sharp image. No tripod needed here.
